How can I use it???

The mud can be used at room temperature or heated in a water bath (being careful not to overheat it to avoid burns). Apply a thin layer to the area you want to treat, making sure to cover it completely. Let the product work for 15 to 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with abundant water. If possible, you can expose yourself to the sun to enhance the effects. Once the mud has dried, there's no need to keep it on the skin. If you find it necessary, after removing the product, hydrate the treated area with a moisturizing cream. Repeat this procedure for 5 to 7 consecutive days to achieve the desired effect. Keep in mind that this mud, being a natural product, has characteristic texture and aroma that may not be entirely pleasant.
